Support is offered through the following structures:
- Hourly Support
Suitable for ad-hoc assistance, short-term needs, or one-off tasks where flexibility is key. - Retainer-Based Support
Ongoing monthly support with an agreed scope of work and number of hours. This option provides consistency, priority availability, and predictable costs. - Project-Based Support
Bespoke pricing for specific projects, events, system setup, or defined pieces of work, agreed in advance.
Pricing is confirmed following an initial discussion to ensure the support offered is appropriate and aligned with your needs.
- Work is invoiced monthly in arrears
- Payment is by bank transfer
- Payment terms are 7 days unless otherwise agreed
- TVA is applied where applicable
Any additional costs (such as postage, printing, or travel) are agreed in advance and invoiced separately.

- On-site support in Luxembourg is available by arrangement
